Are there any obligations when I contact you about selling my house?

None. Reaching out costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. We look at your property, talk through your situation, and make an offer. If it isn’t right for you, that’s the end of it.

What sets you apart from a traditional real estate agent?

An agent lists your home and looks for a buyer, which means months of showings, repairs, negotiation, and a commission at the end. We are the buyer. There is no listing, no showings, and no commission.

What other fees should I expect when working with you?

None. Zero fees and zero commissions, and we pay all closing costs. The number we agree on is the number you receive.

How do you figure out the offer amount for my house?

We look at the condition of the property, its location, what comparable homes nearby have recently sold for, and what it would cost to bring it up to market standard. Then we work backwards to a number that works for both of us

Do I need to clean or repair anything first?

No. We buy as-is, in any condition. Take what you want to keep and leave the rest behind, including anything that needs fixing.

Are you buying my home directly, or simply listing it on the MLS?

We buy directly. Your home is not going on the MLS, and you are not waiting on someone else’s financing to come through.
